Breakup Shakeup provides ideas for fun, easy things to do to help you cope after a breakup.
The app teaches you that planning activities and increasing your social support will help you recover faster.

The Check-in app was designed by beyondblue and Two Bulls in consultation with young people to help take the fear out of having a conversation with a friend who might be struggling.
The Check-in app helps you build a conversation plan of where you will have the conversation, what you will ask, what you have noticed and what you can do to support your friend. The app provides young people the chance to rate the conversation and get advice on the next steps in helping your friend but also in looking after their own mental health.

Anthony Berrick and Russ Harris have developed a pretty neat app for clinicians and coaches to use with their clients. It contains dozens of ACT exercises and tools, including over two-and-a-half hours of guided mindfulness exercises.

Beating the Blues is an effective, proven treatment for sufferers of depression and anxiety.

The Panic Centre

The Panic Center offers personalized, interactive tools that have helped thousands of people challenge and overcome their anxiety and panic.

They also offer the Panic Program, an interactive online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) course. You can register for free. Registering also gives you posting privileges in the anonymous online Support Group.

If you think you might have anxiety or panic, you can read more about symptoms and begin to think about questions you can ask your doctor. You can take the Anxiety Test (WB-DAT) for a confidential, detailed assessment of your symptoms.
